Mt capra goat clean whey protein is one of the best quality product in the market. Use it as supplement for mine daily protein and amino acids intake needs. It helps to improve and sustain my muscle mass and it is easy on your digestion especially for those allergic to dairy.
This will taste slightly more on the ‘goaty’ side if you’re sensitive to that. I mix in a shake with milk of choice and berries. I find it’s not bad that way, but if you don’t like the flavor of goats milk or goat cheese then this may not be for you
The quality of this whey is unmatched. I was hesitant with it being goat whey — expecting a “goat” flavor but adding it in with an iced coffee you can’t tell the difference between this & a dairy based whey as far as flavor goes. Maybe taken on it’s own you would notice it. What really sold me though is that Mt. Capra is a family owned generational farm, practicing regenerative agriculture and providing HIGH QUALITY products. Yes, it is more expensive but you truly get what you pay for. I’m excited to try more products from them and support their 5th generation farm.

Good for IBS symptoms and a body that needs a nutrient boost during the day. Of course have a balanced nutrition during the day, but this extra 'meal' helps a lot... extra beneficial for those with chronic health issues and chronic pain. I like that is family - grassfed goat-farm. Many harmful/unnecessary ingredients are avoided. High quality and mild taste.
It was suggested to me and my 6-year old son to add to our diet. This supplement has a good taste and ingredients of a good quality. The size is quite big and will last long. The package is very convenient. Good for those who workout frequently. It can be added to baking products.
