I find this particular brand of vitamin C - Carlson’s - to be perfect for me on many levels.
Firstly, I trust Carlson as a company, since they’ve has been around for over 100 years! I feel very secure in its quality. Secondly, I like to take 1000 mg per day of vitamin C. The fact that this brand offers a full dosage of 1000 mg in only ONE soft gel vs needing to take several, is extremely convenient as well as important to me.
Thirdly, “soft gels” versus capsules and tablets (if you can find them) are the ‘best’ avenue for high absorption! This was my first try with Carlson’s C-Gels, but I will definitely be re-purchasing.
