Pro Dim 200, 60 Capsules

I'm SO thankful for this supplement. As I'm 52 and have been in menopause since 2022, DIM has been a lifesaver of a supplement, especially for 'crotch dryness & discomfort.' Lol. Maybe TMI, but I find that's what DIM works best on for me. I accidentally ran out last summer and didn't take any DIM for maybe 5-7 days. What a mistake! I won't do that again. I will *definitely* keep buying this.

I really like that you can split the dose with this product. Instead of taking 200mg once daily, I can take one of these twice daily and still get the full dose. I prefer to do it this way.

This is a great product for detoxing and hormone balancing, because we all know there are so many factors out there that disrupt our body's natural balance. While I'm not sure if it's helping with EVERY aspect, I will say that my skin is clear and my mood has been generally much better. I find that it also helps improve my sleep (not sure if that's a coincidence or not, but whenever I take it I sleep sooo soundly!)
