Whole foods that are rich in vitamins have more health benefits than a multivitamin, so real food is the basis. But if you look at the ingredients list of this supplement, it is a very complete, pure product. It is tailored for women and contains extracts from 35 whole foods. I also think it is a plus as it is Organic and vegan. Only thing: it is pricey. I don't take it daily.

This women's once-daily multi is very convenient and easy to take. I appreciate that it's made from whole foods and is vegan. I feel great knowing I'm covering my nutritional bases with just one tablet a day.

This was my first time using this brand and I love that it is a whole food women’s multivitamin and a cheaper one than those already on the market. Whole food multivitamins tend to be very expensive and this one was reasonably priced. It has quality and organic ingredients, the size of the tablet was ok and typical for multivitamins and I love that it is a one pill daily dose. My only cons were: 1. I wish there was more iron especially since this is marketed towards women. 2. I wish there were no fillers/other ingredients despite them being organic. I would prefer them to not to be used like my OG/regular multivitamin from Paradise Earths Blend. It is very comparable to this one with no fillers or binders. Overall it is something I would repurchase if my regular one is out of stock.
Bought multi vitamin - however read MM info and try to incorporate Spirulina and Barley Grass Juice Powder as a whole food vitamin. Thank you iherb!
It seems fine to me, but the tablets are quite large and need a good glass of water to swallow them. I didn't feel much difference from other multivitamins, so I won't be taking them on a daily basis.
This is a good multi vitamin without iodine. In addition. It doesn’t have many allergens because it’s vegan, I Ike it because it’s soy free too.
