Looking for a more natural prenatal, I came across these soon as I found out I was pregnant. Knowing that most of the nutrients come straight from food sources and not genetically modified factories gave me reassurance. Upon opening the bottle, I expected a foul smell, as with most natural vitamins/supplements. But these not only have a decent smell (a plus for those unexpectedly heightened pregnancy senses), they also don't leave a foul aftertaste!

I really like this prenatals they are great for your budget and have good ingredients, and good quality. From all the other supplements I have tried I feel this one is very complete. The only concern I have is that some prenatals don’t add iron because they say it doesn’t absorb but this one does has a small amount. I guess each doctor has different perspectives on it.

I wasn't sure if I'd like these but they were on sale and I feel fine with them. I switched to these after Baby and Me 2 which I swear by because I took those for years. I like that the amounts and forms of vitamins/minerals in this prenatal are sufficient.
