This allulose is great for coffee and baking. It tastes very similar to sugar with no weird aftertaste and dissolves easily. Good option for reducing sugar intake.
As for me, this allulose tastes like regular sugar. I use it in different recipes as alternative that calls for sugar as an ingredient. According to the package, it's zero calories and it's zero sugar per 2 tsp serving which is a benefit on my low carb diet. The composition and frequency is identical to regular sugar. I like that it's organic.

Really like this allulose! Tastes super close to real sugar — clean, no weird aftertaste at all. It dissolves easily in coffee or cold drinks, and it even melts when heated, which is awesome for baking. For me, it’s maybe around 80% as sweet as regular sugar, but my parents swear it’s just as sweet 😂 so I guess it depends on the person. The packaging is nice too — resealable and easy to use. Overall, great quality and taste. Definitely one of my favorite sugar replacements!
I love the Now brand and its quality. This is no exception. I was looking for a powdered consistency and read that some were saying that this is just that, but really it is kind of in between. It worked just fine blending it into thick greek yogurt, no lumps!

The quality it’s great the only thing I notice is that you need to use more than regular sugar the sizes isn’t bad but considering you need more than regular sugar you have to considere it the benefits are better but if you have a diet this okay I made my matcha with this sugar and taste good
