I like banyan but they have rebranded and changed the ingredients which look to actually be better but maybe there isn’t as much shilajit and I don’t feel as good as I did on the previous mix
Quality is good and nice but i prefeer the resin one because it is more bioavailable
I like this because it's easy on my body and i don't have any side effects that sometimes happen with herbs. Banyan is an excellent company and very pure. Iherb is great to have this vendor
Banyan shilajit is now packed in a glass container, and they now use triphala to purify it. I feel this is a good safe way to try shilajit. The energy boost takes for me a few days to accumulate. As with other Banyan tablets, one per day may well be all you need.
Very good and high quality product, I can’t say that I saw a huge difference whilst taking it to be honest. My husband on the other hand did , experience more energy and clarity

I take this with my regular slew of supplements and it’s incredible. The fulvic acid in shilajit makes it easier for the body to absorb all the other vitamins. One bottle is size enough to last me a month. The dosage I take is two per day. You’ll see the benefits for yourself. The taste is quite bitter but it’s very brief because they’re in your mouth for a second before you swallow them with water.
