I've been taking these every day while a nasty sickness was going around: fever, body aches, congestion and lingering cough. Nearly everyone around me got it, including most of my family, but I avoided it. I give this supplement credit for keeping me from catching the virus. It does taste like oregano when you swallow it, but it's very temporary. Pill size is average. I adhered to the dosage of 2 pills 3x a day.
