My mom is a health nut so she always looks for something else for me to try, especially since I have a hard time swallowing large pills. A lot of my supplements are gummy-based. This one tastes really good, the ginger is subtle and not overbearing (I'm normally not a big fan of ginger in foods either). I liked it so much I also bought it for my in-laws and they eat it like it's candy. It is fairly sweet, keep that in mind.
I felt it helped with my joints & the taste was good considering Turmeric & ginger were main ingredients, I've found that other products sometimes tasted very peppery
