Organic Milk Thistle Dandelion, 180 Vegan Capsules

I bought this because its unique composition, with four safe and beneficial herbs, all organic and high quality. The plant-based capsules contain only the herbs listed, no fillers. Milk thistle is most often used for liver support, and also a general tonic, widely used in Europe. The other three herbs--burdock root, dandelion root, and artichoke leaf--are good for liver health and act as broadly effective anti-inflammatories. They are so safe they are commonly eaten as food. Each has many additional benefits. A few examples: Burdock helps joints. Both burdock and dandelion have prebiotic inulin. Dandelion and artichoke leaf are good for heart health.

OWH products are top quality, organic, and their customer service is phenomenal. I also use a couple other of their products. The ingredients are VERY few, with no added fillers or other toxic chemicals like magnesium stearate .... it's unbelievable how many manufacturers use the additive - and it's not good. Thanks to iHerb for carrying this brand!

I have really enjoyed this combination supplement! I have noticed a benefit in my life! No after taste. The quality and ingredients are great! I am happy with the size and dosage! This is a supplement I take regularly as I like to include both Dandelion Root and Milk Thistle into my diet!

I was asked to review the use of this product. My honest response is:I am sorry, but after a month's use, I don't notice any improvement from using these product. As a scientist who knows herbs well, I know that preparations like this one don't work. Decoctions and infusions work, but dried herbs in small quantities don't seem to have any effect.

I use Dandelion and Milk Thistle to help the work of my urinary tract and liver. It works well. Great quality supplement from Oregon's Wild Harvest.
