Pretty good, however I wasn't overly keen on the fact that I had to take 2 capsules per day instead of a "one and done"

I like that it's organic. I notice less trips to the bathroom at night and I have serious morning erections from this lol. Still haven't noticed any difference with hair growth but I've only been taking it for a couple months.

These seem to work for me pretty well, I have learned to take them with the evening meal instead of earlier in the day which seems to work better. I take two every day.
