Works fairly well for consipation but dosage a.ounts are confusing 70 mg of mag citrate yet states 600 mg mag citrate. Tastes too sweet, too much sugar coated on outside
I bought this for my children,, I let them have magnesium at night before bed becauseit relaxes their bodies and they sleep well, but also works wonders if they get muscle pain after exercise or sports practice .. definitely will repurchase. very good quality and taste.
First of all it tastes amazinggggg and second it helped me sleep better and my joint pain also got better so yes it does have its benefits the package was perfect size was also good quality was best my hormone also got bit balanced i checked the ingredients it was nice and my muscles went strong no sore muscles anymore. Idk about minerals tho lol

I find this very convenient, and a nice change from having to swallow tablets or capsules. They have a pleasant taste and are not too sweet, which I like! As far as I can tell , the quality is fine.
the product was packaged well when I received it. It is good in quality, gummy in small size, soft and chewable, with nice taste of raspberry flavor, melt in mouth fast. I heard that the magnesium citrate can help relax muscle and make better sleep. So far I tried it for several days, I found I can benefit from better sleep, but not yet see the benefit on muscles. The only downside is I don't like the sugar on the surface that makes the gummy too sweet to me.
