When I learned I had hyperhomocysteinemia, my doctor advised me to take this combination of B vitamins. They told me however, to be careful not to take too much folate as this can cause the same symptoms. It's difficult to find the right blend of the three in the right dose (in one tablet) but this does it. They are also small and chewable. My symptoms have improved markedly - the brain fog, neuralgia, anxiety and aches are almost completely gone. Great supplement.
The product is great, I take it on an empty stomach and it is so gentle. It has folic acid and b12, the effect must be great. The pill is small, it is never stuck in the throat. The price is also so reasonable. The package is nice. I will definitly buy it again.

These are easy to swallow and have a pleasant berry flavor. I am taking them to help with migraine relief, but the extra vitamins can't really hurt. This is my second bottle. Overall, a great value and great quality.
