I've had pretty severe insomnia for the past few years. If there have severe insomnia, they may have some kind of illness or health problem, I feel that the solution is cannabis. The sleeping pills prescribed by the hospital are terrible. I think melatonin products can be used effectively for mild sleep problem. this is great melatonin products. i've been using the 10 mg gummies from this company, but it's a little bit expensive to take multiple ones. When I found these 30mg ones, I was excited because the price point is better. And they are absolutely as great as the other ones—but of course, more powerful!—and I sleep amazingly when I take one about an hour before bed. The only reason I can't give it five stars is because the texture is off, and they tends to stick together. I don't understand why the 10 mg ones are a cute shape and have the usual gummy texture, while these ones are strangely soft cubes which I have to pull apart. 🤔

I go to sleep quicker, I have never been good at going to sleep. They don’t keep me a sleep all night but at lease I am feeling good after the length of sleep I am having. So, I am stoked. And they taste yummy wanting more but resist so not to over take them on one single dose. These are so worth it, day nap, night sleep fantastic and no side effects. I bought these after being recommended by a fellow parent and they work wonders. My usually perpetually awake husband gets a great night sleep and I am also put in a deep sleep by only a quarter of one gummy at a time, so be warned they sre potent.
