I cannot comment on how the fiber itself is working (my toddler struggles with constipation) but at least they're tasty and fun to eat! The gummies are quite sticky but has a nice and soft texture.

I got both the adult and the kids versions to try as my daily fiber supplement and while the adult version is soft and sweet, the kids version smells and tastes like wax. It's pretty off-putting and I wouldn't buy it again.

So these gummies taste great but its way too hard, my kid couldn't chew it, I tried cutting them with a knife but also was too hard for him, so I ended up taking them myself since I already take fiber capsules to stay regular, these fiber gummies have more grams of fiber than the capsules I take.

First few bottles were great. Kids loved them. But this last batch is terrible, inedible. As soon as the bottle was opened, there was a strong smell of candle wax. After trying one, the gummy tasted unmistakably like candle wax. I won’t be buying this product again.

The gummies are easy to chew and swallow, taste great, and have a good amount of fiber for kids who need a little help meeting their goals. 2 gummies is 5g. The quality is excellent, everything arrived safely and not melted or stuck together, and I will continue to use these for my teen son and sometimes myself.

kids love these ones. not sure they've made a difference to bowel movements (reason I got these specific ones) but the kids happily took them anyway
