Vegan Multivitamin & Mineral Supplement, One Daily, 90 Coated Tablets

Deva vegan multivitamin is what I use to get my daily dose of vitamins as a vegan. I've been vegan for 7 years now and before this product I used to take multiple bottles of vitamins and protein powder to get my nutrients and felt I was too deficient sometimes in vitamins. This product is great for vegans because it's all in one bottle. It is a non capsule pill you can see in my photo how the pill looks. It's not a super big pill but also not very small. I take it with a lot of water. There is a weird kind of side effect that is within an hour or so it turns your pee LEMON LIME GATORADE GREEN. I was so freaked out the first couple times taking it. there really should be some kind of disclaimer so that people don't freak out like me. I thought something was wrong with my body but after a while I figured out it was the vitamin making my pee change colors. Give this review a thumbs up if it helped you decide 👍❤️👍

When you usually follow a good diet and have no known health issues caused by vitamin deficiency is always hard to tell if a multivitamin is working or not because you usually feel good whether you're taking supplements or not, but in my case, I can. I turned vegan about two and half months ago and had a few issues adjusting my diet at first. I felt a bit tired sometimes and had headaches every now and then, more than likely caused by the lack of some vitamin or mineral. I started taking these about a month ago and everything improved, I didn't feel tired anymore and I stopped having headaches. I also noticed that my skin started looking so much better, but I'm not sure if that's attributable to these vitamins or to my new diet, or both. Anyway, I highly recommend Deva's Vegan Multivitamin. They're coated tablets of a nice green color, they're easily swallowed, feel good in the tummy and have no side effects, at least on me :)

I like that these vitamins are easy to take once daily(great quality and size), they're sold in a quantity that will last me three months, and they're affordable. Deva Vegan Multivitamins have all the ingredients needed in one, including iron. These tablets are a win for me.

These are great multi vitamins. I love everything they have packed in there & they give me peace of mind that vitamins and minerals are not being left out of our diet. With the condition of soils and water I think we are all lacking the minerals we used to get naturally. Especially in North America, I heard we have the worst soil quality in the world now for our crops. Taking these once a day is helpful. They are large and green and don’t taste the best but if you swallow quickly they seem to not have a taste. I will be continuing to buy these for my family.

Not sure how effective these were. I’ve stopped taking multivitamins. Wouldn’t buy again.

There is so much hype out there about vitamins. Being a vegan for over 10 years I take one of these every other day just to make sure I'm covered. I lead a busy life have a very balanced diet on most days. So over the years I've tried may different brands and keep coming back to this one. I ordered this supplement for my husband as his daily vitamins, we're both vegans and I love this brand, I've been their loyal customer about ten years now and they are never disappoint! Great quality and composition, all in one tablet!

This capsule seems to be great and ia recommended to me by my dietitian. She told me to better take that in the morning/lunch meal as it has the tendency to wake you up a little. The quality feels great, the size of the capsule is a little big, the package is good
