I add this to my intra workout and it gives it a great test aside the great benefits of hydration.

I’m a diabetics and do not need sugar in my diet. I can drink all I want with out the worry of high B/S.

This is great to keep you hydrated. taste is also amazing and help you with putting enough water in your body. highly recommend

I have purchased the Fruit Punch flavor for the last 4 years. It's hands down my favorite. It has the perfect amount of sweetness and it doesn't taste artificial. I drink this a lot as I sweat a lot during my workouts and it keeps me hydrated as I like to put it in my water often.

Superb taste. Normally I get sick of this stuff, while this is sweet there is something really morish about it. I don't hesitate to have another after a long ride. And a little goes a long way, also great value. Way better than tabs.
