This size last a while and, of the other pre workout supplements I’ve tried, it’s the easiest on my stomach, however I use about half of the recommended serving size. Musclepharm brand, as far as energy goes, maybe better, but it is smaller and and even rougher on my stomach. However this a”gets the job done and has a good taste to boot! Without it, it’s hard for me to get pumped to train after work all day.

A little too much caffeine for me, but if that’s what you’re looking for. I mix half scoop of this with a NO non Stim prework out, so I’m only getting half of the caffeine. Great pre workout for my weekend when I can take more caffeine in
