This product is good if you’re looking for something to replace any electrodes, my husband and I take this because we work out a lot and we sweat a lot so we use the dosage that is recommended so anybody that is training and needs that additional support and replacing those nutrient, this is a decent product to use For hydration the sizes OK for me it’s hard to swallow, but my husband he can swallow it pretty good no issues. The taste is a little bitter, but I know because I bite into the pill to swallow it.
