I got this for tortillas and found it very sticky. I think I followed the recipe correctly but ended up needing to add much more to form a workable dough. The quality and taste was good but the final product was much more stiff and ripped more easily than my past tortillas.

I buy the corn flour when I need a smoother texture in a recipe. Unfortunately I have a genetic gluten disorder and need flours that have no cross contamination. Glad that Bob's has a gluten free line of flours to choose from. I think Bob's is a great quality and I never think twice about their quality and gluten free status. I have never gotten sick from them. The corn flour is always fresh and the packaging helps it to stay that way in IMHO. I wish they sold it buy the 3lb size but this is okay.
