This is the yummist pie mix but I'm now allergic to almond so had to stop using. I wish Bob made more products that were nut-free!

This is THE best pie crust regardless if you have to avoid gluten or not. I use almost 1 cup of shortening to make it (no butter) and it's fantastic. I've learned to spray the pie plate or pan with non-stick spray or the crust will stick. It also expands some when it's baking.
The crust came out beautifully. I took a pumpkin pie to a party and people were shocked to learn it was gluten free. The taste and size of the crust was perfect for my pie dish and the recipe was easy to follow.
