Kevala salt has completely transformed the way I cook with salt. It’s quite different from granular table salt, instead of powder it’s tiny crystals that kind of pop in your mouth. So you can use less of it and still get plenty of salty flavor. I like that it comes packaged in glass to keep it fresh and I usually store it in the same container. The salt is very high quality, tasty, and has retained the natural minerals. It’s my go-to salt now.

It is salt crystals that form by itself before the sea water evaporates leaving sea salt at the bottom of a basin. This product is of the taste of the sea with freshness. Yummy.

If you like to bake and you have some sweet and salty recipes, you will see a big difference using this rather than typical grocery store sea salt. It is flaky and you sprinkle it on finished sweets or savory application. It'd be pricier to mix it in while cooking/baking. This jar is likely to last a good while, making the price seem better. First time buying this brand. The quality seems good.

This is the real fleur du sel, not flaked salt that is out there for the price of fleur du sel. I used in deserts so far and it’s perfect. Make sure to use a spoon to portion it. The heat and humidity of our hands can spoil it over time.
