I love this spice! I typically add it to the pan once the oil is hot, but I’ve discovered it gives a fantastic flavour when added at the end of cooking. After turning off the heat, I let it sit covered for 15 minutes, which enhances the taste. It’s become an essential part of my cooking!

fairly bitter so the quality is good. can use sparingly or add to food or use as a supplement. big package for your heart and inflammation. taste isnt great but that's okay.
I bought this as a supplement in hopes of improving my cholesterol, but I'm 100% sure this tastes amazing if you're buying it as food. And the reason is how incredibly strong this is when I burp. Gross? Maybe. But something to be aware of. I try burying this in a Blate Pape cone full of other things just to obscure the taste, but it bubbles up every time I take it.
Strong aroma. Delicate pepper flavor. Not sure if I need to, but I am refrigerating the container and only keeping out a small amount in a shaker. It smells so fresh. I don't want it to get stale.
