i saw an ad about this brand, and i tried it, i really liked it as i noticed an impact. i usually feel lots of stress that affected me heavily on shoulder and neck pain.. the pain reduced a lot, which i couldnt belive it. i highly recommend it. i finished two bottles already. And about this brand, i think it's one of the few that has a high mg. good quality, i recommend. i have used it as one capsule per day, but you can add more. but i saw an effect from just one a day. Imagine what it could do i i took two.

I've tried a different brand which worked for me. These ones have also helped, they seem of good quality and made of good ingredients. I would recommend this brand too.

Ashwaganda is very usefull, necessary ayurvedic ingredient for stress relief, good sleep, hormonal balance and thyroid system. There are only benefits. Has no special smell or taste. Easy to take.
