The taste is not bad, and does not give bad aftertaste. I think it is a quality cod liver oil. It increases EPA/DHA.

Arrived quickly and packaged well. The lemon lime flavour helps to dilute the cod liver taste. I keep in the fridge and helps with it as well. Taking daily and feeling great. Part of my current current health base stack.

Product is good if you are fine with the taste. Taste is okay. Hopefully, there are positive effects. Taking for eye health

they must bottle this stuff while it is hot because the soft plastic bottle was half collapsed from the difference in air pressure when it cooled. tasted like plastic and made me nauseous.

I bought something similar from California Gold Nutrition. I love this brand, but their fish oil with lemon taste is very hard to swallow and the aftertaste is also no good... for me. So If this Kirkman Labs product will be better at taste, I'll buy it again. Let's wait to get the package...
