This ghee stands out from the rest. Besides being organic and grassfed the texture and taste are to die for. The seasonings are there but they are just a touch, as they should. In cooking they behave great and doesn't oxidize or burn like other brands. I'd give it 6 stars if I could. Top notch.
This is my 1st purchase of the Italian Ghee, and it is awesome just like the Herb flavor I typically buy. Creamy and easy to spread with several herbs just like I love - I do not refrigerate it. Glass jar and nice size for one person. iHerb is the only place I have seen these different flavors of Ghee from PIF ... I hope they continue to stock it!!

It's been a while since I've been using ghee and I have sensitive taste buds so when I use with correct serving frequency, I believe this ingredient is high quality and benefits me at my age with enough size and package which is good for 3 weeks. I will recommend this product for people who want natural ghee.
This is my first time using this ghee and was pleasantly surprised by the subtle and delicate taste of herbs which works very well when I prepare rice dishes that call for butter. I will definitely be buying this again as my pantry will not be complete without it. I also like that the best by/expiration date is not short and it doesn't require refrigeration.

I love GHEE and this is the best brand for sure! Usually I prefer to buy a classic taste but italian ghee also nice to have with some meals for example it’s good with eggs and meat! Quality is excellent. Size is good
