Ghee is a neutral, nutritious, stable, saturated fat for pans, baking, and for stovetop cooking like organic beef/sheep tallow, or duck fat. (I don't use pork lard risking trichinosis from parasites and conveying so much toxicity from their deit that pigs have a leg vent to extra eliminate toxins!) Cultured preserves it, and may deliver healthy gut probiotics protected from stomach acid by the fat.

Good quality ghee, taste great, but plastic jar is not good when it comes to storing fats, next time I will order other brands with glass jar

I bought other brands before, and tried this because it is organic and grass fed, in in particular, it is cultured. I find the taste better, though it is quite expensive. It is stored in plastic bottle which is not that desirable. I hope it can use glass bottle for this good product.

I use this ghee for cooking my eggs, turkey bacon, veggies, etc. and I even add it to my foods. It tastes absolutely amazing and is very nutrient dense as it's recommended by my naturopath. This brand in particular is the highest quality ghee I can find and so I'm willing to pay the price. Love that it's cultured, pasture-raised and organic! Is definitely a bold yellow color!!

This ghee has a stronger taste because it is cultured, which is something I love. it has also good gut bacteria so very healthy. It is made with high quality ingredient by a small but well known company. As pointed by others, the only thing to mention is the package material (plastic) which could be swapped for glass in an ideal world.
