This is supposed to help with cellular health . It's not that i feel any different ... but i will think that it's helping ! I have been taking this for 1.5 months or so but i think i could take it longer to see more benefits.. I only take half the recommended dose though so im not sure if thats why it is taking longer for me to feel the difference I like the packaging and to be honest because the packaging looks pretty nice it actually makes me trust the brand more. It's hard to judge the actual "quality" if the product. But i definitely dont have concerns

I being taking this nmn for months the quality and ingredients are good since I start to take it I show the effect the second month even tho I take only two capsule daily which be 500 nmn and 500 resveratrol I felt more energy better skin better hair and I won’t stop using
