I have been taking this at night before I go to sleep since it appears to be best taken on an empty stomach. I have not had any issues with any of the ingredients. Appears to be quality! I like the easy packaging too!
I always get sensitive reactions to iron supplements, even when I take them with food. I need to raise my Ferritin levels, but the side effects make it hard to stay consistent. But this one was easy for me — amazing, even my sensitive stomach tolerated it on an empty stomach.
I’m very happy with the quality of this product and its ingredients. The tablets are the perfect size for my daughter to swallow comfortably, which is why I repurchased it. However, I’m giving it four stars because of the packaging. Opening the container requires tearing off the plastic wrapper, which exposes the tablets to light. I hope the packaging can be improved.

Love the size of the capsules and that they are quick release. Ingredients being iron bisglycinate is easy on the stomach and the best quality ingredients for our family needs. Helps my husband with anaemia symptoms of great benefit for low iron deficiency to stabilise his levels. No horrible taste and great packaging and value for money.
not too dramatic difference yet but i dont have much problem going to the toilet so its a good start. i hope it increases my iron level

This is definitely the best iron supplement I've tried so far, quality is great and this does not make my stomach react although it does make me very hungry after but that's it. This helped alleviate symptoms of RLS for me! Plus I love that it's a very small and easy to swallow capsule!
I’ve finished one bottle so far, and it’s hard to say if I notice a big difference yet, but I plan to keep using it and see how it goes. The supplement is easy to take, and the price is really good compared to other options.
