Well I am taking this hot my kidneys although I don’t have any issues with my kidneys. I am having it for protection as I do have gall bladder sludge and multiple fine stones. So far no issues. I take the doses as per the instructions on the bottle.

This brand provides quality products. I don't take this every day, but it has definitely helped a couple times when my kidneys felt like they were bothering me. I followed the recommended dosage, took it at night before bed and didn't notice anything further (of the symptom) in the morning. Inside the capsules, it doesn't give much of a taste, but when I have noticed it, it's just a light, herbal flavor, not unpleasant.
