I’ve been using different types of magnesium for a long time, but from time to time I still had cramps in my toes. It wasn’t every day, but frequent enough to bother me. I needed to increase my magnesium and this was such a great way. Each pill packs a good amount, so I can take 3 a day, instead of 4-5 from other brands/types. Size is larger but manageable to take - and makes sense for the amount in each. Quality great!

Although the dosage is a bit lower, the overall quality and ingredients are clean and great. I take one capsule before bed time each day and it helps me with sleep onset, would definitely recommend for those who struggle with sleep.

No scent , iam useing it daily, the quality is great, the size is big and enogh for long time, the package is wonderfull. I feel a lot of benefit , its perfect for sensitive skin, and gentle , it doesn't dry, i think its suit for adult age help the joint a lot, keep me calm
