Don't buy this brand of green lipped mussel. They are fart food! Make you very uncomfortable after taking regularly for a few days. Severe gassiness. I presume it's the alfalfa component, as I have taken other brands with no problems. Disappointing as I only bought this brand because my usual was out of stock.
