Really happy with the impact I’m seeing so far. I take once a week and it’s been amazing energy booster for me which after a few mmm on the of exhaustion has been a welcome support. Only drawback is the tablets are huge I wish they were much smaller

Good quality ingredients, the vitamin B in these is the best kind for example. the pills are quite big. No upset stomach after taking these.

My choice dependent on my overall budget. This is incredibly well rounded. Where this loses some ground is a comparatively lowish' Vitamin D (200 IU), which I supplement independently anyway. The quality is there. This is a good buy from a great brand, therefore, a strong recommendation for Women.
