I usually have a great milk supply, but after some very stressful moments (including international travel during a pandemic and the sudden heartbreaking loss of my father), my supply dwindled much to my then 6 month old's dismay. I used these sachets daily for a couple of days and my supply came back and then some. It is, of course, a little hard to get to dissolve well, but I found the secret is to use one of those little frothers and everything mixes well. Alternatively, use a jar with a lid and shake it vigorously and that works pretty well too.

This is so tasty and so effective. I recently had some production issues because of a high stress situation and I started to drink one to two packets of the Chocolate Upspring drink a day, and it brought my production up quickly and effectively. There's nothing like the stress of not producing enough milk to add to the other stresses of life. Anyway, it tastes great and works well too, all with trustworthy ingredients. Can't recommend this drink enough.

As one of the top cruelty-free products in the Mother and Baby list, I had to purchase this when I'm assembling a care package for my pregnant friend. Not only do I appreciate its natural high quality ingredients, the packaging looks very cute! I hope it tastes nice and proves helpful to my friend when she gives birth by the end of the year. Based on the review I've read, at least it's yummy!

packages have shown up early. works well. smaller casuals are a good size, making them easier to throw back in the morning they don't sit in the throat long enough to taste the ingredients. good quality, yet to have a busted capsule. good size container with cotton wadding. I can see the effects daily through my weight loss and increase of energy
