I bought this product because I was looking for a Rhodiola product and found that I could take Ashwagandha with it. I didn't feel any reduction in fatigue with the recommended dose of 2 tablets, at least not physically. It was supposed to be a 30-time supply, but I think the effect is not very good for the cost. Maybe Rhodiola and Ashwagandha are not effective for me. The effects are advertised on various websites and in the media, but I'm glad to know that they don't work for me.

The quality is excellent, I loved it. The ingredients are suitable, and it's age-appropriate. The packaging is beautiful. Please give me a like.
