If a kid gets up and says they can't fall asleep, I give them 4 drops and it helps. They go right back to sleep and don't get up again. Not as strong as melatonin though - my 12 yr old couldn't sleep the night before a big school outing. This wasn't enough - .5 (half) mg of melatonin did the trick instantly. Please click if helpful!

I use them occasionally when my kids seem to have a hard time relaxing before going to bed. They like the flavour and I notice they help them relax faster.
As an adult I chose this product because it is alcohol free and if it is safe for kids it is safe for adults who might be sensitive to certain products. It really works!
