At home, using 600W for about 80 seconds, the outer skins didn't flatten and heat up, resulting in them sticking together and becoming inseparable. The instruction manual didn't mention flattening them before heating.
I bought it because it was on sale, but it hardens easily, so it might be a little difficult to use.
It cools down quickly, so I have to heat it up again to use it.

I've used it both hot and cold, depending on what I need. For heat, I pop it in the microwave for about 30-40 seconds, and it gets wonderfully warm, staying that way for a good 15-20 minutes. For cold, a couple of hours in the freezer makes it perfectly chilled without becoming stiff. UPDATE: Broke on second or third use in the microwave even after following instructions.
