This is a good product, but not the easiest to use. I weigh only 60 kg and have a smaller frame, so it feels a bit bulky on my shoulder. When used for cold therapy, it becomes quite stiff, making it harder to position comfortably. However, for hot therapy, it’s much easier to handle and fits better. Good quality!
Very good for rehabilitation of my broken shoulder. Specially cold
this is quite large and works well - comes out of the freezer very cold - I have to use a thin towel underneath for the 1st 10 min of use
