I keep changing brands of vitamin C. Bpught this only once. It is a Pure-C form of liposomal vitamin C, which I was using. Personally, I prefer a smaller dosage than 500mg, taken throughout the day. So I also take a time release vitamin C. It is easier on my bowls.

One of my favorite supplements. Liposomal version offers better digestion and availability compared to other forms. I take two capsules a day. The size isn’t too big, but it’s bigger than my other supplements. I’m slowly feeling better from taking high dose vitamin C every day. It feels like it’s improving some of my pain too. It’s not immediate, but over time I can start to feel the difference. Quality is great and it’s super easy on the stomach. Taste is fine too.
