I got this for my sister. it's all hyped up right now about kefir. the packaging is resealable. I didn't taste it myself as I don't like it. quality seems good. she's been making it for some time now, so i think it's working. it's good to include in diet. recommend
I use organic grassfed cream from a TX dairy and makes up a beautiful kefir. You can use heavy cream or 1/2 n 1/2 as well. Delicious and extra thick.

To be fair, it took quite a long time (definitely longer than 24 hours) to make something closer to yogurt rather than kefir, but I liked the results. Perhaps it was to be expected since it is not the real grains. Glad to have tried.

I really enjoyed this kefir starter. It was easy to use, dissolved well, and produced a mild, creamy kefir with no weird after taste. Quality is good, size is not enough for 1 quarter of milk. It’s expensive a bit for 4 doses. But the kefir is very tasty and healthy for the stomach
