I use this unulin powder to make L Reuteri yogurt in my yogurt maker and it works great, never any issues, I add 2TBSP to the L reuteri capsules and mix that together then add a little cream to mix that up and then add it to my yogurt maker with the rest of the cream, makes wonderful yogurt, its perfect

First time I have used Inulin. Nice packaging and excellent quality. Tastes nice. Seems to be a good brand. Purchased this brand to make my L. reuteri yoghurt. On to my 8th batch this week. Mixes well and very happy with the results. I will continue to buy this brand on a regular basis.
This thing is so amazing. It tastes like cotton candy...so so so delicious. My autistic daughter likes it. Good quality, great ingredient and o very good source of fiber.
ok, I've been using this as I've seen great benefits after eating real sunchoke and it is not as good as the real deal of course. however, I've been making a super yoghurt where I mix this and befiticial bacteria and I've seen some difference. You just have to find what your gut needs :)
Have been taking this to help with gut microbiome and i like the taste. package is a good size. i think its bringing benefits to my body as i am bloated as i used to
My daughter is diabetic and has occasional constipation. So i add this to her tea as a sweetener and have another benefit of it as a digestive helper! Lifesaver

I like the taste, it dissolves easily and I gave a very good feeling taking it as it is organic. I suppose it works fine. As it is my first time taking Inulin, I can't comment much on it's effects. It was recommended for gut health.
