I had been taking these for over a year. It was such a gradual difference I didn't really notice that I was think clearer and not having to search for words as before. After I ran out then I was back to they way I was before, so I reordered again and will continue to make this supplement a part of my daily routine forever. They really work for memory and clear thinking.
I feel like a new person after eating this for years. You can even say brand new. The krill was worth it because without it, it would just be Omega-3 and let's be honest, that can be bought anywhere. this does what its suppose to do. Scent is ok with good ingredients no fish taste and the quality for its size is reasonable. Benefits seen on the first use on the hair and scalp. Any age can use and the packaging is large. No comment on the composition.... buts its fine for sensitive skin. Gives good moisture content. Heart and inflammation safe and good for omega health

This was the only krill oil I would buy until it was out of stock everywhere recently. Because of the, I tried the micronutrients brand krill oil and will be buying that one from now on.
