I highly recommend these Nutricost electrolyte capsules to anyone who needs to take daily electrolytes for POTS or similar conditions. The capsules are great value for money, they don't have a taste, and they don't make me nauseous even when taken without food. However, they are fairly large, so I wouldn't recommend them to people who have difficulty swallowing larger capsules.

I've a habit of not drinking water few hours before sleep to not wake up to the toilet while sleeping. Drinking 2 glasses of water after waking doesn't get me started. Using this made me few hydrated awhile after consuming with 2 glasses of water after I woke up.

Good for sports, training, and workouts. Haven't tasted what's inside the capsule but seems salty because of the Himalayan pink salt.
