I take Himalayan Salt t tablets for my sodium needs and these tablets by Nutricost are pretty easy to take. Due to its product's high potency, I only need 2 tablets to meet my 2g for each serving which is super nice and easy. I am taking 3 Servings per day. These tablets does not taste salty and are working great for me. I highly recommend this product !

I have pots so it’s so good that I can bring salt around in capsules to sprinkle on my food etc. but the dosage is misleading! The bottle on the front says 1000 mg, but serving size is 1 pill which is only around 300mg. Please read properly before taking so you know how much you are
