What I found was that this brand is the best value for $, as I take 100mg every night, which is 5 capsules. They work a treat. Fall asleep in an hour. I’ve been using them for about a year now, and often reorder when they are on special, like 20% off site wise

I take a lot of this product--and I'm not in a coma! It has helped my lungs believe it or not. I have COPD. It's an anti-inflammatory, etc. Look it up for yourself.

We love Nutticost products because they are of standard quality. The main ingredient is melatonin, but at a higher dosage, intended to benefit a friend of ours with their specific health issues.
