Gentle Iron, 120 Vegetable Capsules

I looked for pure iron for quite a long time. This one is really nice and ok for stomach.

One of the only iron supplements that actually raise labs and don't make you nauseated or constipated. Gentle is the truth!

I do not feel anything in my stomach. I take it together with lactoferrine and vitamins c and no problem at all!

i use this iron i didnt feel any constipation but i was also using other supplement which may help in digestion, i am using this because i have very pale complexion low iron. not much changes in paleness but i am using it.

It comes in small capsules, and it’s easy to take. It doesn’t taste like iron and it's gentle on the stomach. I’m supplementing iron in order to raise my ferritin levels. I’ll repeat the blood test once the bottle is over to see if it worked out or not. I’m taking 3 capsules in the morning with empty stomach with vitamin C as well. Down side: It does make your poo very dark like when you take "ferrous sulfate" - the cheap iron supplements available out there.

Very Good. Contains no harmful ingredients or additives just a veggie capsule. Also contains vitamin E which is a bonus.
