I’ve been taking this for 3 weeks so far. I have a cholesterol monitor at home and I tested at 6.8 mmol/L before I began these and now it’s at 4.2mmol/L! Great product, highly recommend.
The quality of the supplement is high, however be careful when taking it. I have a suspicion that exactly these capsules caused my skin to break out. If you don’t have sensitive skin this supplement will for sure help you to tackle high cholesterol levels
packaging is good quality and the size of capsule is good also not hard to swallow. It also good to take this capsule if you habe problem with cholesterol.
I bought it few months ago and started giving it to my Mum in combination with garlic. Her LDL cholesterol lowered with 1 grade for 2 months taking.
I have been taking this product for over one year and my recent blood test results came back with my LDL cholesterol cut in half from previously. This is a miracle! No cholesterol meds!! just this supplement, diet and exercise.
Together with dietary changes, I achieved a 49 point drop in my total cholesterol after taking this for about 2 months.
I was recently told my cholesterol was very high. As I don't like taking drugs, I decided to try these, along with other cholesterol fighting vitamins. I have not had my cholesterol tested again but feel confident I am doing my best to keep it down.
I bought this for my mum an dad because they have high level of holesterol. It’s great quality for that price so I hope it work at least a little bit. I will report in few months.
No stomach upset or nausea like with some brands. I take at bedtime. It’s definitely improved my labs!
