The bromelain (found in pineapples) helps in reducing inflammation that can be caused by certain food intake. Turmeric that we often do not get enough from our diet is great to keep our immune system up. Definitely recommend this! On a side note, the pills are not insulated in a smooth capsule type - they look like my image - big, rough, yellow (fr the bromelain and turmeric ingredients) so it will be slightly hard to swallow.
