I’ve felt better during fasted walks or workouts, and less of the “cramp/lag” feeling. Great utility for hydration & performance. The only downside is that the sodium or ‘salty’ finish is strongly felt

There are very few electrolytes I can take out there due to flavor but this one is much more palatable - if too sweet I just add more water. I’m not a fan of the clumping powder though when I first bought it I have to shake it up and break it down

Very good. I have been using Jigsaw Electrolyte tastes good and is good for me.

Jigsaw electrolytes are my favorite. I have one a day. I personally prefer the fruit punch flavor, but the berry-licious is good too. Great variety of nutrients to stay hydrated and energized throughout the day, especially during/after a workout.

This is the first electrolyte mix I have tried and it tastes pretty good! I would still most likely use it if it was without erythritol and stevia - and perhaps even like it better (not a big sugar person…)?? Very happy to find one with the good quality ingredients, such as the good forms of vitamin B: (ex the p-5-p instead of HCL etc.) Would order again!
