I have been buying this for years. The latest one seems to not have the fizz anymore. Or is it a bad batch? The effervesence really makes the drink from ho hum to an enjoyable way to get your electrolytes in. for ingredients, it's Not just sodium. this brand has the full complement of electrolytes plus vitamin B for extra energy. Excellent for hiking - you don't need so much water when you have this stuff.

i like the ingredients in this electrolyte mix but i don't love the flavour; the pickleball mix from this same brand is much better!

This electrolyte drink is just as tasty as the orange flavored one by Jigsaw Health. I mix up a big batch in the morning and sip on it till it's gone and then mix some more. The benefits are very hydrating. My fluid intake is greater too since I don't care to drink only water. The ingredient list is great compared to most others. The taste is fresh and clean. Try some. I think you will agree.

It contains a broad spectrum and balanced combination of essential electrolytes and minerals to replenish my energy during my badminton session. I always use to add in some freshly squeeze lemon juice to enhance the taste.

I love these electrolytes. The lemon-lime flavor is my favorite. Berry is pretty good too. It’s easy to measure and you get a lot for your money. Not too salty like some other brands and the quality is good too.

Like this for the hydration benefits. However, it is a little too sweet for mine and my family's taste.

I have been taking Electrolyte Supreme for a couple of years. One scoop of the lemonade power can mix well with my 900ml insulated bottle with ice. I always take it during my badminton sessions as it replenished my energy.

Seems rather extensive with the amount of minerals and electrolytes. The taste however, isn't the best unfortunately. A bit metalic and with a hint of bitterness is to be expected i suppose. I find dividing the dose/scoop in the suggested amount of water 2x a day more tolerable.
